Summer Rent Policy & Information

RENT FOR THE MONTHS OF AUGUST (move-in), JUNE, AND JULY ARE DUE BY AUGUST 1ST.

• Summer rent is collected in advance as many of our tenants leave town for the summer. When the school year comes to a close, you can rest assured knowing that rent for the lease term is paid in full.

• To pay summer rent you can mail or drop off a check or money order to 214 N Rogers Street Bloomington, IN 47404. If we are not at the office to collect your payment there is a mail slot on the front door that drops your check securely into our office (note: please do not leave checks in the mailbox). To ensure that your payment gets applied to the correct address, please put the check or money order in an envelope with your address on the front.

• As stated in the lease agreement, rent, including the summer rent payment, must be paid in one check. Please note that we do not accept cash for payments.

• Summer rent payments must be submitted prior to move-in. If you have questions or need to make additional arrangements for summer rent, please contact our office.

• Your first monthly rent payment will be due September 1st. Your last monthly payment will occur May 1st.
